Web Development Internship

Promosys is a location based music social network aimed at
linking the artists, labels and radio/press with each other.
We are in need of part-time unpaid development interns who
love music and have good web development skills. This position
is temporary (2-4) months, but is open to future involvement
depending on performance.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS:
    * Participate in and support the development, testing and
      deployment of new functions.
    * Help with the maintenance of current web site.
    * Analyze trends, devise and manage changes and communicate
      these needs to staff members.
    * Research and prototype new emergent technologies related
      to the web, multimedia and content management.
    * Assist in the design and development of new functions.
    * Must be able to dedicate 10-20 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
    * Knowledge of Drupal API, code base, customization and
      maintenance in a LAMP environment.
    * Ability to code HTML, XML, CSS and PHP for cross-browser,
      cross-platform display other web design/programming skills.
    * Ability to work efficiently remotely.
    * Ability to work well with others and communicate 
      effectively using terminology that staff and other users
      can understand.
    * Knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Subversion.
